We want every Setsuna Perfume experience to be perfect. If your product arrives with a fault - such as a broken atomizer, cap, or other defect - we’re here to help. We’ll gladly issue a refund once the item is returned to us (return shipping is at the customer's expense). Please note that we are not accepting returns for change of mind at this stage.
